I think they have to work together. It’s a fact that 80% of people ignore PPC results. It’s just easier to avoid the wrong answers that way

But for those 20% that do look, it’d be useful to put your brand in the running, wouldn’t it?

SEO is clearly the best option, but i think a lot of people don’t really understand how it works so they feel like they’re paying for witch craft/rubbish.

This article explains how it works in lamans terms. No bull. Very useful if you’re thinking about paying for SEO.

Means you can know what you’re paying for (and surprise the dodgy ones who are trying to rip you off)…

Thanks for the artcle.For a seo campaign,keyword research is a part of it.SEO campaign also includes other things like blogging,posting articles etc.
I feel that numerous tools are available that will help yu with the keyword research.Also as you have mentioned that knowing your competetiors is very important and we can get a hint of the keywords they are using and use those keywords to explore more availability of the keywords.
I find the tool https://adwords.google.co.uk very helpful for my keyword research.

Hi Susie, thanks for a good blog post. Another useful fact about Google Analytics is that you can work out which traffic you are getting to your site from natural search and which is from PPC.
